8 minutes remaining

That's 8 minutes on the battery of Ian's laptop. I will be brief. Luckily I have next to nothing to say, other than I did go for a run today, as dictated by my running schedule. I ran just under 20 minutes, but GPS broke, so you'll have to take my word for it. Following as it did on from my 48 minute run yesterday, this is the toughest two days I've done yet.
